GreenXC started as an organization of young professionals determined to make an impact on the preservation of National Parks and Forests. At the end of July, we set out on a three-week mission to get cross country using only ride-shares and conducted a national outreach and awareness campaign for parks and forests with the help of the USDA Forest Service.

Since then we have decided to broaden our scope to offer like-minded individuals a common place to gather to read tips and tricks on how to travel greener on a budget. We think travel should be for everyone. It should be a necessity, not a luxury. We encourage people to interact with one another, offer their tips and advice and enjoy the content that we provide to you on a daily basis.
