GreenXC LLC Sweepstakes Rules and Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older, except the employees of Sponsor, GreenXC LLC and members of their immediate families.

3. One grand prize winner will be selected based on number of eligible votes received on the date stated in the description of the contest. The winner will be notified by mail and/or by email. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

4. One grand prize winner will receive: One Week Lifestyle and Wellness Package at Tabacon Resort (7 nights) in a Honeymoon Suite room for 2 people including daily breakfast and lunch at Los Tucanes Restaurant, daily Ayurveda dinner, 2 exclusive Lifestyle & Wellness treatments at the award-winning The Grand Spa, 2 Temazcal sessions, 1 gala dinner in the middle of the rainforest, unlimited access to the unique Thermal Mineral Springs, Internet access, exercise training & nutritional assessment. Prize does not include air transportation, transfers from and to the airport or to additional places in Costa Rica, or any additional service that is not specifically mentioned in the certificate.

5. No transfers, substitutions in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification letter, including the completion of an affidavit and liability/publicity release, and return them within fifteen days of the date on the prize notification letter; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsors from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Sweepstakes with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize.

7. In consideration of entering this sweepstakes and/or receiving a prize, you hereby grant Sponsors and their successors, assigns, licensees and all other entities deriving rights from them, the right to print, publish and use your name, image and/or biographical information for promotional and/or advertising purposes.

8. Liability for any applicable taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. All expenses not specifically provided for by Sponsors in these rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Sponsors reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time. In the event of early termination, Sponsors will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received at time of termination. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. This Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local laws with venue in the state of Delaware. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and you give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsors by e-mail and/or mail.

10. The decisions of the Sponsor/Judges in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final.
